Eligibility: This guarantee applies solely to the person in possession of the product.

Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship and customer dissatisfaction.

 

Process

1. Start the return by emailing us with the subject line "Return product".

2. Prepay the return and securely package the original product.

3. Include a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope and sufficient postage.

4. Upon receipt and verification, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

 

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
